Buses by the Big Duck returns to Indian Island County Park June 2-4 2023. Our group campout attracts iconic Volkswagen Buses, Vanagons, and Eurovans from the 1960’s through the early 2000’s, as well as other vintage Volkswagen models. Camping and Volkswagen enthusiasts are invited to join in for a just a day or the whole weekend! Reservations are not needed, and we never run out of space!
Over the years, we have been fortunate to raise funds for organizations like John Theissen Children’s Foundation, the Little Shelter Animal Rescue and Adoption Center, American Cancer Society, and Friends of the Big Duck; all of which support residents in communities throughout Long Island.
When arriving to Indian Island, please check-in at the campground office. You will be issued a park pass to hang on your rearview mirror. Camping dues will be collected at the group site on Saturday.
