Loading up the ferry was pretty soggy! Rain or shine we made it happen. Some of us made the trek in the rain from camping, others traveled solo or in groups from home. Thanks to those who braved the weather. We were rewarded with a beautiful rest of the day.

Wander over to King Avenue for @fadmarket and explore 30+ talented makers and artisans showcasing everything from apparel to skincare. Then march over to Colonels Row for House Fest bringing together more than two dozen organizations showcasing dance, music, art installations, workshops, open studios, panel discussions and more in the historic military houses of Nolan Park and Colonel Row.

Grab lunch from vendors on Liggett Terrace, Colonels Row, or Soissons Landing, rent a bike from Blazing Saddles or hike to the top of The Hills and take in views of downtown Manhattan, Brooklyn, the Brooklyn Bridge, Ellis and Liberty Islands, Verrazzano and New York Harbor.
